Michelle Droettboom has been painting and teaching in watercolor since 1995. Although she works full-time as a speech pathologist, Michelle has shown an interest and aptitude in various mediums of art throughout her life. She often chooses local subjects from the many exciting locations in which she has lived and travelled. Her loose, contemporary style is highlighted by the transparent nature of watercolors. While most of her work is representational, it has an expressive, free-flowing quality that is uniquely her own.
